Vibrating dewatering screen Its main functions are dehydration, desliming and demineralization. Although both belong to dewatering equipment, the structure of dewatering screen is different when it acts on different materials. The vibration dewatering screen adopts double motor self synchronization technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator. It is mainly composed of screen box, exciter, supporting system and motor. Two unconnected vibrators operate synchronously and reversely. The centrifugal force generated by two groups of eccentric masses is superposed along the vibration direction and counteracted by reverse centrifugation, thus forming a single exciting vibration along the vibration direction and making the screen box move in a reciprocating straight line.
1. Ultra high molecular polyurethane (UHMW-PE) is used as the material of dewatering screen, which is resistant to impact, low temperature, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, self lubrication and absorption of impact energy. Its impact resistance is high in all plastics, and its wear resistance is better than that of polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon and carbon steel.
2. The vibration motor of the dewatering screen is easy to replace, and the rubber spring on the base is used to reduce the vibration, so that the vibration amplitude is small and the vibration is slow and can be removed completely.
3. The dewatering screen can be customized according to the output and water content. The side plate of the machine body is provided with reinforcing plate, the bottom is equipped with support, and the bottom is made with horizontal bar. The outlet is supported by triangular steel plate, and the plate is thick.
4. The vibration motor is fixed by high-strength bolts, and the bottom spring is rubber spring. The quality of the spring will affect the service life of the vibration motor. The density of the sieve plate is high, and there are reinforcing ribs in the sieve plate.
5. After welding, the welder shall strictly avoid welding holes, and the bottom shall be supported by channel steel.
6. In addition, the screen hole can be adjusted according to the needs, the equipment noise is small, and the dehydration effect is good.
7. Before delivery, the staff will debug it, whether the vibration motor is normal, whether the exciter is in good operation, to ensure the quality of products delivered to customers.
